Brian Phillips. A couple of large tarps and 2x4s on a rotating platform sounds simpler. It is a shame so many windy locations have no features to direct the wind. To find a nice natural spot, try thinking like the wind. Be the wind!
I wish I could use the dam at Saylorville Lake since it's way bigger, and catches better wind and is much taller, but the Army Corp of Engineers controls that dam, therefore I don't think you can use any areal RC equipment...what a JOKE!
yes, and I flew it as well ;) I really like that plane too ;) I have playlists for all my planes, including that one, and I did fly it at this site. I wish I could fly here still, but found out that the army corp of engineers also controls this site and therefore I wasn't allowed to continue flying here - what a joke....
