Tower lifeboat had two back to back call outs. Initial call to a broken down pleasure craft with 1 adult and 2 children on board in the middle of a busy shipping channel. The crew towed them to a place of safety and then received a second call to Duck tours amphibious vehicle on fire near the Houses of Parliament where several other agencies response.
