Thats nuts that Vermont state inspection cares so much about rust. Ny doesn’t give a damn. You can have bluetooth rockers and brake lines, just don’t get caught with window tint🙄
It is always nice to see the "Welcome To Vermont" sign when we are on our way home.. I am glad that the Duramax made the trip with out any problems. Really if it was not for the fuel mishap you would have been golden.. I am looking forward to see that awesome THUNDERBIRD! Thumbs up man !
Getting ready to go from NY to Kentucky and back in my 01 V10 excursion with 223,000 on it. Heading out there to pick up a 1990 vw Jetta Wolfsburg for my brother. Now that we are in our 30's we don't get to spend the time together like we used to, I'm really looking forward to it. Wish me luck
Pro tip (from someone that's done Durham/Portsmouth/DC/SC and back a bunch of times): I-77/I-81/I78/I80/I287 (Cuomo/Tappan Zee) is your friend. I-95 and any routing through NYC is a guaranteed nightmare. Used to be you could drive late at night and avoid problems on I-95, but it's a cluster from NYC all the way to Richmond at all hours now. Hope you have a great summer. You left Chucktown just in time to miss the 100 degree weather....
Just an amazing adventure! I can’t believe how level headed and alert you were when your vehicle unintentionally stopped working. With no sleep you were able to figure out the 2nd tank fill. Got back into your content and was not disappointed! I’m catching up!
I'm excited to see another ford on the channel! I'm a Ford guy for life, but I do enjoy the Chevy content too. Also, seeing the rust you deal with regularly makes me more than ok with staying in Washington State, where the roads aren't salted. I've got an 05 F150 with 208k on the clock and not a speck of rust on it.
Luckily they just gave you a warning! Can't bring anything over 7700lbs, no trailers, no vehicles with business signage, etc. It has super low bridges, short on ramps, and everyone drives 75.
Always great seeing avideo of yours come up in my subscriptions! Glad to see the trusty duramax made it (mostly), and can't wait for some Thunderbird content!
