When the weed shops stopped selling the amazing world class quality weed after 2020, that's when they stopped becoming a destination. In the 2015-2019 years Trinidad was THE PLACE TO be if you smoked weed and wanted the best weed in the world. Now it is just like everywhere else. VERY SAD. Soul crushingly sad.

If Trinidad would have kept up with the quality cannabis they were selling, from 2015-2019 they would have still had economic vitality, even though there are 24 rec legal states now, because the weed was so good people would have still drove from miles and miles to get it. But they didn't, and most of the places if not all, are now just selling the same average weed all the other states are. It is so sad. The Trinidad weed boom wasn't just because they were the first rec legal state, it was also because of the AMAZING quality of the weed itself.
