Wow ! We are actually considering a town house instead of of a full villa. This is a great option. I would set up the dining area in the same room as the kitchen, and the segiorno in the next room. The guest bedroom is a little small but still viable. We are so impressed with the properties you come up with.... great work ! Cant wait for 2025 !!!!

Hi beautiful apartment I was just curious right before you went out on the terrace before you went out. If you'd go straight I saw a little hallway and then I saw a door on the right. Was there anything else down there or was that just a closet? Thank you! Let me know

That orange sponge painting is awful and that 2nd bdrm isn't a bedroom, it's a closet. I'd put the dining table in the room with the kitchen and make a larger opening to the living room with the stairs, and paint those orange walls lol. Decent price though I guess with not knowing the area.
