Great video! This was super helpful😊 We’re hoping to relocate to a small town near Asheville and trying to narrow down an area.

I was debating on NC and SC and while I love the mountainous region of NC, it has become way too expensive! I do love the small town charm and events however the price of housing has increased significantly. For those who can afford it, I'm sure they'll love this area. But for me, SC in the upstate wins since my money will go a little further.
