I guess that would be your preference and your right to choose to have done and I respect that, it's your body after all. But this is her body and her choice and she probably didn't want to be self conscious about it. This woman could have chosen that, but she didn't. She chose the option she wanted and was comfortable with. I'm glad she did what She wanted. She's not only happy with the results and appearance, but she's also now pain free! Which was probably her main concern. Having a nice chest is the icing on the cake for her. But to each their own.
