PANDA sits across from Imizu City Hall. It is a local favorite Chinese Szechuan Restaurant. Lunch seems quite popular as it gets packed. You can order Japanese favorites like Fried Rice, Mapo Tofu (normal or spicy), Liver and Nira, and so on. I ordered the spicy Mapo Tofu. First, there is volume. Second, it is decently spicy of the mala nature. If I were to be picky, some more spices (especially ginger and garlic) might add depth to the flavor. But I was pleasantly surprised to detect male spiciness here in Toyama. Parking is limited. There is second parking lot, though it is not obvious where it is.
