I was so surprised by the creaminess (and tastiness) of Tsubomi's ramen! So good! The guy across from me ordered rice to mop up the soup. The guy next to me ordered 2 more noodle additions into his remaining soup to mop it all up! Amazing!
Yes! Of all places! But I think it is because Tateyama is such a countryside place that the station is where you get most traffic (and hence, business)
Definitely one of the best in Toyama. The other good ones I've had this year are Tsubomi and Isshin. Shoryu, Kobo, Kaede, Daicho, and Kuribo deserve mention as well!
