Knowing the dimensions of your 4runner can be important the options you have can dictate the amount of space you have in your 4runner. I measure the 4runner dimensions for you.
SUPER HELPFUL!! we are looking into a double dog crate for our forerunner. We were so confused when the crate company told us about different crate sizes for “third row and tray.” your video has totally cleared that up for us. Thank you so much!
Thanks! I was getting tired of searching and was too lazy to go out in the 5 degree weather to measure. I’m about to buy a Saris bike rack for the interior and this saved me all the leg work👍
Finally some useful measurements. I don't need cubic inches because it's not a fish tank. I wonder how convenient that cargo tray really is? How far can you pull it out and how much weight can it hold?
Many times I go to the home improvement store and but a 2x4x8ft or a 10ft pvc pipe. Would have loved to see how something like that would fit inside with the gate and back window closed. I know that in my Outback I can put 8ft long stuff in between the front seats without hitting the shifter or dash. I can put 10ft long stuff if I rear it on the front dash. I assume the 4r has more room inside in general.
Can you remove the 3rd row out fully and gain more height space as we are looking at a used one but we don’t need the third row just curious? Thanks great work showing all the layouts
If you add a cargo tray to one that doesn't have a third row seat does it allow the back to be totally flat when you put that second row of seats down? I'd like to do some camping in my 4Runner and I'm debating on whether just to put this cargo tray in to make it flat.
@@stevenwelchtoyota I'll be curious at what price they will list the Grand Highlander at. Wouldn't it basically the same size as a Honda Pilot or Kia Telluride?
@@Jose-sy1je the competition can't compete with the quality or reliability of Toyota plus its bigger than the polit etc. The size comparison is the Yukon xl or the extended expedition
Actually not true at all although it would be helpful to have a couple more inches floor to ceiling. We may see that in the upcoming generation. Hopefully this guy will post the cargo demensions on the new model upon release
