Take the bolts out and push out. Remove the white parts that's divided in 2. Literally self explanatory if you open the door and look inside

I tried following your video to replace my exterior left rear door handle. I tried for hours this past week. I Couldn't access the left bolt to remove the handle. So I broke off the handle from the outside. But I couldn't get to the bolt for reinstallation. Finally figured out that I didn't have the circular hole in my door, not the one you had in your video. Circular indentation where the hole should have been cut. Is it common for Corollas of the same year to have door templates different?

99 corolla handle have a fking plastic bit and i cant figure out where it goes so it wont opem

I fked w it enough and it went in but i did the same to the othersode and the white plastic goes above a bar and be gentle it can slip while botling the handle on
