I have one, but without the delco ignition system, mine uses 2 coils that one coil for 2 sparkplugs, I think it's originally from factory because no jumper wire there I wonder why my engine different with the other one, and which is better in your opinion?
lololo Robert the engine draws air through the leak in the bad gasket, and the air to fuel mixture becomes wrong resulting in bad (in this case high) idle. Not a very common problem imo, but everything is possible 😛
Try clean the throtthle body, cooling water-inlet on throttle body, and vacuum-pipes. Two years have passed and the error has reappeared to me as well.These days, I disassemble the throttle body, clean and replace the seals. Probably a false air problem.
I just bought one of theese and am leaking lots of oil currently was told it’s too so with valve cover or somthing would you think there’s more ? Also causing every cylinder to misfire
because there is a vacuum leak and that sensor is the one reporting how to mixture should be based on the air being sucked in, if you remove it the computer assumes its normal air flow.
