good sir , let me say i had 0 interest in dakar 18 , this is my first entry to the game , like f1 2021 was my first entry to the f1 series . but let me also say that it plays fine with a controller , and the pc version is well optimised . so any modern low-mid range pc configuration (as of the normality of pc specs in 2022 not 2012 , cause mid range in 2012 was like an i5 4c4t with 8gb of ram and a gtx760 that could hardly run 1080p for years and couldnt multitask much) like a i5 12400 on a 180$ mobo with 16Gb ram and a 3060 will run the game nicely at 1080p .

(mega positive ahead no joke) im really sorry but thats an instasub for me . 4k60fps ultra , very high quality video , professionnal serrious racing game player (you) , more than 2 fucking videos on the game that i really enjoy playing and watching . what the fuck do you want me to say ? youre officially my favourite professionnal youtuber for all content related to sim racing 15/10 rating for me . a huge thanks for making videos on that genre with such high quality production and being so much fucking captivating to watch . seriously , i was on the edge of my seat the hole time . oh , and yes , ive also played the game on pc , but will never have the courage , the guts , the dedication to even try the professionnal mode in the game . let alone the simulation one that scares me to death . anyhow , imma go watch the rest of your content on the game for sure .

I have a strange issue with my Thrustmaster t300. As soon as I change something in the ffb settings the wheel locks and gives me something like a 30 degrees steering angle. Impossible to drive. I have to reset all settings and it works again but with no ffb. The wheel is updated to the latest fw. any tips?

@@spacebrain1971 I have checked that now. FW: 31.00 Driver: 2. 10 .8 7. 0 I connected them to my PC and ran the calibration. Unfortunately... I don't know more than that. . . I wish your happiness.

It's a little arcade but I like it. It has evolved significantly from Dakar 18. But I know there are people who won't approve of anything other than simulators. I hope they wear tolerance.

The game is really fun, the time that I'm having to get to the 25 level hanged my opinion on the game. I'm getting lessons to get in the sim mode or to understand the game and the roadblock. I don’t like this sequel. The colours are too saturated. The physics are too soft and forgiving. There’s just no threat of failure really. Water doesn’t slow you down. There doesn’t seem to be a risk of getting stuck. But maybe that’s just because if the tracks I’ve seen so far... it just looks like a very middle of the road racing game from 15 years ago.
