Hi guys, good video. What you show is good for home repair and even off-road emergency fixes. And i can say it works very well. The only issue that may cause a problem is the sealer use on the block and head and using a multilayered steel head gasket. They come coated with a very thin layer of very high temp rubber type material. This acts as a sealer, when brought up to 220 degrees.By adding more sealer and then oil on the surface, you make the material you are compressing much thicker and therefore it is weaker.I know it hard to understand why,but it does. The hand surfacing you did IS THE KEY!!!!With the block AND the head much straighter ,the factory gasket and IT'S sealer can work the way it designed to.FLAT even pressure at all the holes.Proper torque on the head bolts was great.Only one more thing, you must flush ANY OIL out of the radiator or the water hoses will balloon out and burst.Good camera work too.thanks
