After 18 months my Toyota Hilux restoration is done. The cab, body and chassis are all repaired and renewed. The vehicle looks incredible. No time to enjoy it just yet as I need to finish the The Tub/Bed?Wellside next.

Hi Adam - so sorry for your loss. Taken so young. Thinking of you and your family at this difficult time. The nugget looks beautiful. A LOT of hard work put in by you - I’ve really enjoyed the journey. Sorry for the delayed comment / I had inadvertently logged off RU-vid - so was wondering when you would get your arse in gear and get a video out….then realised it had been sitting there for 2 week -oops. Get out on the rough roads this Christmas and enjoy that nugget.

We've all just got to enjoy the time we have here I guess - which is why you need to be out driving that nugget!!

@@FLIPMYRIDE No resto. I could say life keeps getting in the way. But its the time you make for it I guess. New hobby in the past 12 months has been astronomy to astrophotography to photography. Just sold a few bits of old camera stuff and upgraded with the cash to a used full frame DSLR and lens. Still learning. But fun. And satisfying to sell all the old gear to pay for the 'new'

Hey mate! Absolutely loved the build series on this old luxy. The old yn65 would be one of my dream cars! Just watched all the episodes. Gave me inspiration to do it myself. Hi Arlen. Really appreciate that mate. Alot of heart and soul in this rig. Yes I will do a rig rundown ans drive. Next episode is taking time due to work commitments and motivation but it will be the rear bed being finished. So alot of boring stuff to be done and not good viewing. Will do a montage of it.

Hi Rodney. Thanks for the positive comment mate. I just did alot of time online. A lot from Ebay. Not always successful. Toyota had a few small items. I discovered that the next model had alot of same parts.
