I am a happy kia Carens owner😊😊😊 and I love my decision of buying this car....I agree that no other car can beat Innova but considering the car parking headache in urban areas Carens is the best in terms of handling and manoeuvrability in city traffic as compared to Innova
Most sensible review or comparison guys. You placed infront of customers the facts about both the cars and it matches exactly what my opinions were after testing both. Good job. Our hycross VX was delivered on March 24th and we already clocked 2000 KMs. We already own a Type 2 Innova, the amount of comfort and space on offer in hycross is remarkable.
Please compare/ review the new carens 2023 with 1.5 turbo petrol . There is not much different in features but the new engine definitely is worth a drive.
This is a comparison I had been waiting on for a while! I like the HyCross but I just can't digest the low-quality interiors in the GX variant. The higher variants are way too overpriced as well.
Just today there are numerous articles about a possible facelift of the Carens in September this year. Is that possible? The Carens is just over a year old. Will they give it a mid-life makeover so soon?
@@aditya_on_youtube The facelift will give them another reason to hike the price! Just like how they increased the price by 80k for the 1.5L Turbo iMT which they released in the Carens this year...
Ethanol blend will continue to rise slowly and steadily, just don't expect a reduction in prices anytime soon. Plus, this higher ethanol blend will ruin older vehicles components.
Prices will never decrease ... they might increase the pure petrol price while putting flex fuel price at current petrol price levels, giving the illusion that flex fuels are cheaper 😂
Don’t expect any significant price drop. At most, the ethanol blending will be used as an opportunity to stabilise prices. OPEC just reduced oil production for example, so any buffer developed when prices were lower will be used to counter balance any increase now.
@zigwheels Is the Side curtains added in the hycross GX now (in video mentioned that "it will be added before oct 2023"). i am going to get in december
why odessey(Honda), sienna(toyota), etc..which are rivals of kia carnival is not released ??? ... in India! ... inspite of high cost low space SUVs of same companies sold in India!!!
Hi I am having a family consising of 7 people....may have to include a driver also sometime....not much daily usage...want to have holiday trip and family usage only....not having time to use/know all the connectivity features.... don't know whether I can use the cruise control, as i am from Kerala, where the traffic is heavy even outside cities... Among these 2 ( hycross petrol vs kia carens), which is preferable?
Yess, we wanted to get this comparison in but only had enough time to do the one in this video. We’re trying to get the Hycross back for a detailed comparison with the Crysta
Hi Can u say me how is Innova hycross zx in terms of performence and pickup at 100+km/h Which is better Innova crysta or hycross Does hycross feel under powered at higher speed But is there any problem in overtaking at high speeds I know crysta is better in terms of performance But is there a big gap between them or it's negligible in terms of performance My main tension is petrol engine As petrol engines are not as much as reliable as Diesel engines . Can I chose petrol over desiel ? I am ur subscriber pls answer me with kind Thank u
The hybrid one is good in overtaking Normal NA one is little sluggish in comparison to diesel and hybrid Atleast i have learnt this by seeing various comparison videos
Hi, here are all the answers - The Hycross ZX Hybrid has great performance. The electric assistance ensures lag free performance and it has plenty of punch for high speed overtakes - The Crysta is better for off road applications where rear wheel drive is helpful. Otherwise, hycross - The hybrid Hycross isn’t underpowered at all. The petrol CVT however, needs to be pushed for even city speed overtakes. - There is no gap in reliability. As long as you maintain the car well and drive it with care, a petrol engine can easily last you lakhs of kms
Kia carens prestige plus dct totally overrule hycross gx. Those who want 7 seater petrol automatic car kia carens is best. Moreover hycross gx mileage is limited to 10-11 kmpl max Whereas carens turbo dct mileage can be streched to 17-18 kmpl easily as seen in verna 2023 turbo dct. And the main thing is pricing , their is huge difference of price Carens prestige plus dct is 18.3 L OTR Whereas hycross gx is 22.77 otr. So carens is much better. Hycross is tooo costly specially hybrid powertrain.
Don't tell me you have no idea about kia caren's turbo diesel power output... Kia and Hyundai use this engine in 8 cars.. as an auto expert, if u dont know abt its power output, then it makes me question ur credentials
Cool, you’re welcome to question what you’d like. The point is to not get caught up in the numbers and focus on what the powertrain delivers viz experience in the real world rather than talk about 115PS vs 116… - Tushar
You could've finished the review in 2 sentences. 1) If you love to travel on highways and love the people you're travelling with, get the highcross. 2) If you hate the people you are travelling with and want to get rid of themselves alongside you, get the Carens
