The Toyota Innova Crysta is the best people mover in India but the Japanese automaker has made things exciting by launching the Innova Touring Sport which is nothing but a spruced up version of the regular Innova. It comes with sporty exteriors that get a body kit and some additional chrome while the all-black interiors get some red inserts to accentuate the sporty feel.
No changes have been made to the mechanicals though. The Toyota Innova Touring Sport comes with a 2.7-litre petrol engine and a choice of 2 diesel engines - 2.4-litre and 2.8-litre.

Nice review Faisal, as always 👍. To me the manual transmission diesel TS is something of an encryption glitch. The designer definitely must have wanted it to be the 2.8L diesel mill mated to the 6 speed manual transmission while some dummy down the line misinterpreted it for a 6 speed manual transmission with the 2.4L diesel engine. I mean y on earth would the 2.4L diesel engine require a 6th gear when that engine has an awesome torque spread allowing 120kmph cursing at 5th gear below 2800 rpm?! I hope Toyota realises it's blunder and offers a 2.8L, 6 speed manual transmission option for its TS.

The thing is that if u r spending little more on the innova over the competition u will realize that it is worth the extra amount when u gone sell u r after years , that's the toyota badge things Hexa will not get cls to the resale value of innova

It's great car but not Value for money Problem is there's no alternative, *but wait, the closest competitors are Xuv500 and hexa and the hexa is no more and the Xuv 500 is almost 6 lakhs cheaper for a notch quicker and faster variant* So XUV 500

Innova is a mpv... Go for hexa ...It has off-road abilities along with 4 drive modes and 4×4 19 inch wheels and traction control in hexa gives it a suv figure..Yeah hexa is a big suv with 200 mm ground clearance.. 4 lakhs less for hexa than crysta.. Hexa provides more comfort and the ride quality is more for hexa.. The soft touch plastic in hexa gives an upmarket feel.. In terms of body roll hexa definitely wins .... Clearly hexa overtakes crysta in every aspects...
