Not so far…been seeing guys on here break the 4wd system, auto & manual transmission problems, grill shutter problems & no bump stops anymore causing top of shocks to break loose. I own a 21 Tacoma Trd OR & was wanting a new one, but all the problems are making me wait a couple more years. Either they fix all of this, or I see what the other companies are offering! 😢
Only time will tell. Too early to tell but most are wary about a forced induction 4 cylinder as the only motor. Sales are slow right now….partly due to its BIG price increase and inflation.
I bought my 2024 trdsport 4x4 and I got 15.3mpg in city drive I thought it would be better in gas than 3gen that I had last year running 17.8 mpg in the city, I'm not getting it, I'm not happy
@guerillaglue6969 Uhhh, not my friend I've been driving very very lightly like an old man because I'm trying to figure out my mpg in my first 1000 miles. That's why I'm very disappointed, because my other truck I was driving very very heavy foot, even so it gave better mpg.
Anybody notice the red springs in front on the tacoma? I believe that is the toyota lift kit that you will be able to get eventually from toyota. Makes that truck look so much better.
@@jameslester4474 that’s actually not true. Statistically they are still less likely to break than anything that competes with them. Sorry you read some internet!
What is toyota going to do with the Corolla, the new Elantra is selling like crazy. Toyota needs GR or TRD model, or sporty version with manual with torque vectoring like Mazda has. Small cars are in demands. Now there is K4 car that looks oustanding. Competition is getting stiff for small cars.
Right, as we want them to not make good wages there so they will come to the USA to feed their families. Pick a side. NAFTA’s purpose was to encourage development in Mexico, to create jobs, to encourage business growth in Mexico to lessen poverty and reduce immigration to the USA. Trump errored in killing NAFTA, and now he has knocked vehicles made in Mexico and all y’all have jumped on the bandwagon.
Most capable? They used to be but not anymore! So now these new trucks have to be de-tuned so you don’t break the Axle Disconnect Device? Why not upgrade that part instead of making the power train weaker? And why did you remove the VERY important bump stops? Lastly, why not give us the option to choose a hybrid or turbo charged engine instead of forcing us to buy it? Please get the old CEO back, this new one is ruining Toyota!
