Loosing a lot of torque with all that extension on the impact, just in case you didn't know. I prefer having a corded impact for those and the crappy chrysler strut bolts. Never have problems with them anymore. But I still have my 36" long 1" breaker and 4.5' of pipe. Lol
Tap it with a small (non )dead blow ball-peen hammer just enough to ring the bolt sometimes it helps unfreeze the bolt but best option would be oxy and acetylene torch but just heat it don't get to crazy!! You don't wanna take the temp. Out of the crank!! But everyone has there own method !!
I have been apinning qrenches over 29 years now and im a toyota fanatic, 20r,22r,22re have been some of the most stuck hb bolts i have ever come across. I own a 3/4" proto impact from one in particular that fought me
The problem is it seized within the threads. No matter what turkey you put on there is not going to come off. It'll twist and off. I had to cut mine off with the torch and then you have to get the inner part of the threads then it'll come out
It's all about the ol bump starter method. Put the breaker bar on the bolt and set the handle on the frame. Hop in the car and tap the starter. Pops the bolt loose every time.... that is until your break the bar anyway.
That has worked for me in the past: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-GCE3P8AD2rI.html but this motor had no starter or wiring, it was just an old parts truck
