Toyota is a beast when it comes to reliability. Currently running on a 2018 hybrid Toyota Camry with almost 300,000km phv and still running on about 19 km per liter on fuel consumption. Repairs nah.. Toyota is so reliable
Its actually... a bad thing if the car feels bigger when you drive it. Think cumbersome and body rolly. Larger porsches like the macan with their great handling makes the car feel small and tight when driving, especially around bends. Also the craze about elevating small hatchbacks into crossovers has to end, do you know how much the side and front crash protection is compromised by the raised height? Watch euro ncap crash videos to verify it. The yaris cross fares much poorer than a standard yaris hb due to the weak points of the vehicle raised up to crash impact points.
I think there’s a real life example of the ncap safety standard. The Tampines accident. The guy in the Yaris waiting at the traffic light then the mercs crash into it. Out of respect won’t elaborate the details as one can go Google it.
@@tand9854 I know which video you are referring to and wasnt going to mention it out of respect for the deceased. well we all know how 'safe' a raised hatchback is..
all i can say is that this car is definitely not for anyone who has the slightest excitement for cars. its made for people who purely think that cars are just to bring you from point A to point B lol
