Man. They can easily go into depth and visit different universes. I feel like even tho super not as good as z imo it opened up a whole lot of different possibilities of stories they can explore if they excute it right. Also future trunks needs a comeback they did him awfully at the end. The goku black arc was the best arc imo of super and the ending could’ve went the manga route and had a better ending for trunks
My own fanfic is the Future Trunks and Mai that go to a duplicate timeline of theirs becomes a Time Patroller so they can help the universe while the other Trunks and Mai stay on earth.
What was the manga ending? I didn’t really read the super manga till after TOP since I was worried about it being repeated but I know it’s not, just too lazy to go through it lol
@@Ly57889 it’s like the same but did things differently. Like gohan beat kefla instead of ui goku but it’s hard because we would’ve never gotten the iconic mid air kamehama. Or like master roshi using ui against jiren
Why would it? Marvel didn’t end with Stan Lee. Apple didn’t crumble without Jobs. Toriyama built a legacy way bigger than himself. Dragonball is him but at the same time it’s so much MORE than him.
This may be one of the rare instances where a product or series improves after the original owners death. Marvel and Apple have fallen off, but Dragon Ball may actually improve. Toriyama was all over the place, unorganized and out of ideas. Taking inspiration from GT and abandoning the Super series wasn’t a good decision in my opinion. Hopefully Toyotaro keeps it going and brings new ideas to the table.
@@CrownxMe7 Not sure if you realize this but toriyama wasn’t really writing for db like that. He gave general plot points to hit but nothing much else. When he DID take the helm it was always great. Dbs broly and battle of gods are examples of this, any boo boo writing to get to a plot point is the fault of toei and toyotaro.
For a second I was so excited thinking they added two different beam clashes but nope I don’t think they did. I think it’s still all dimension break which is kinda disappointing
I want a what if saga of Dragon ball Af... where Future trunks and GT trunks fuse to fight Xicor while Bolla steals his time machine to warn Gt Vegeta about the timeline creating a new saga about getting stronger than Xicor and fusing into Vegehan ssj4
