Michael Mercy -Thanks for the response and for the effort to keep the '80s alive forever, sincerely! Your work (including your music vid) is GREAT! Is it possible to make a one time donation? Also, if you have a mailing address you can provide to thetrustybutterknife@gmail.com, I'd love to send you a copy of my novel!
Thank you so much!, Thoroughly enjoyed it, I never remember him from the cartoons but remembered asking my Mom to buy him for me when I saw him on a commercial, so nice to finally learn about this character I couldn't talk my parents into buying for me
I always enjoyed making my own story’s for characters like this, for example as a kid I always pictured miss man as the eternian equivalent of Sasquatch
What a wonderfull and outstanding video. I like your motu videos ;-). Moss Man was one of my few store-bought motu figures i became in the 80s. I collect Motu and Moss Man is one of my favorite characters. Namaste from germany :-)
"He's a napper, not a fighter". Yeah, that's my kind of guy. I don't remember if I had Moss Man or not but you can't deny the awesomeness of the flocking. I'm discovering this, and you, a bit late in the game. I think stuff like this is awesome. It's cool you're taking your toys outside. I rarely did that with mine save for select Batman or TMNT toys. I never wanted them to suffer from the elements.
I just think its really sad when an amazing fan followed winning cartoon ( motu200x ) gets discarded by the creators along with the figure line . Would of loved a motu 200x Moss man . . .
So Mossy went from a lethargic hippie to an elemental badass!! Ha! For the second version, why didn't they just re-sculpt the head. It couldn't have been that difficult. The Legends version looks like a green ape. I can imagine if Michael accidentally knocked his figure over, he'd still be out there looking for it!! Ha!
A shame. I can't think of many opportunities to meet you, but we're lucky enough to be on the invite list for this year, so we'll be there in LA for the show.
