You can find toys/action figures at Walmart, which is sprouting everywhere here in BC, Canada. If you want video games, there's at least one EB Games in every mall with more selections/lower prices than any Toys R Us gaming section. If you want cheaper toys, even Winners has some figures/dolls/etc. They just stayed stagnant.
Amazon continues to destroy competition , and we keep giving them our business, good for us now but once all mayor department stores disappear what would Amazon do ? Keep its low prices or mark them up since there's no competition ?
My children grew up fast and you wind up with a garage full of old toys collecting dust. Hey they made their billions selling toys. Now its time to close.
I wish Toys R Us would turn to Congress and give Toys R Us a bail out . Just like in 2008 were Congress bailed out major money hungry banks and GM , Chrysler even though they manufacture cars they are still consider a retailer. It's not to late I Know they can work something out. Me personally I never liked shopping on Amazon the hell with them.
