The elite 11 staff didn’t want another OSU player to win it. Like Fields and Stroud did. Plus Russell is going to Alabama which helps him. Not saying Russell isn’t good but this is something to think about. This will help Alabama’s recruiting for sure.

Tavien a monster. Elite 11 garBage for that. All the film and what not shouldve Been credentials for getting to the elite 11. All the contests and competitions while there shouldve Been the only criteria for winning mvp.

Guy from the QB School who's pretty good at evaluating QBs and actually teaches a mini course at the Elite 11 said he didnt think it was a snub. He thought all 3 top QBs went into Day 3 with a chance to win it and Tavien didnt have his best day on the last day, so thats where it kinda slipped away from him. I dont mind him losing there, hopefully motivates him and keeps him hungry to continue to grow and compete.

ON3 guys had their video review and said Tavian was there top guy but it was close. But as mentioned it doesn't really matter. I'd almost prefer him feel like he has more work to do. And of course committed to Bama certainly makes a difference.

Why wouldn't you go after the best of the best at quarterback (or any other position)? If you miss, you end up in a position where you have to look at a more developmental prospect. Why would you intentionally look at those types right from the jump? Help me understand.

All facts. Caleb Williams was not the best QB at the Elite 11 competition But he won the whole thing.

Basically 7 on 7 is the decisions. The guy who shows out on 7 v 7 is the winner it seems.

Buckeyes are good at what they do, always trying to control the narrative through media. No other program is covered like osu. I see both positives and negatives, but the latter is being ignored by most osu fans. Not a healthy environment for teenagers to grow and develop. They ran your starting qb out of town when y’all should’ve ran that soft oline out of town. All these grown men constantly covering and talking about young men is borderline sick.
