Rich Jeffries was best known announcing when he did Password Plus (1981), Super Password (1984-1986), Match Game/Hollywood Squares Hour (1984), and Blockbusters from (1982) when he filled in for Bob Hilton and mostly in (1987).
During this period, they’re doing auditions for the new announcer for TPIR. Rod will return later in the rotation before he becomes a permanent announcer.
