I have a question pls I am still a university student but I’m qualified with my work experience to apply through this pathway In the generic form, the education background- what would be my highest level of education. Ques from Mark Holthe. If a person is inside Canada for the last 10 years, and he never visited his home country for more than 2 months in the last 10 years. Does he need to arrange a police certificate from his country of origin/citizenship for the time he spent in his home country, given that he was above 18 before his first arrival to Canada?

Are restaurant cashiers included in NOC (6611), since it says restaurant cashier in the index title examples, Or It can only be included in NOC (6711), too much confused whether Go for restaurant cashier or not?

Question : I started job from feb-2020 from april-2020 to july-2020 i worked full time then aug-2020 to present i am working part time as cashier. So, am I eligible for essential worker stream? My hours are almost 1560 to 1580. I came in canada jan-2020 on study permit. Now I applied for work permit?

I forgot to upload my transcripts but I attached my offical degree certificate secondly i didn’t upload my paystubs but I uploaded employment letter.in the same way I didn’t uploaded LEO for my applied PCC.

Hi, My dependent child is Canadian Citizen. I wrote down his information on the IMM0008 and IM5406. But I didn’t submit his profile on the PR new pathway online list because he is Canadian Citizen and he do not need to apply PR. It’s ok? Should I update on the web form?

Hello sir , I have applied for new TR to PR pathway in international graduates stream. I have made a mistake in IMM008 for where they sai do not print and upload i did the opposite. I have print and scanned and submitted the copy. What can i do to rectify ??? Will The officer ask me to resubmit the form again??? I’m tensed please help me out.

Man, why worry? Your spot in 40k is already occupied. Either they might ask for explaination letter OR they might tell you to resubmit that form. It wouldn't be an issue 😉. 100%

So when u submit ur applications, u can go back a still fill out or correct ur application in your account plus can u upload documents later once u submit ur application or u need all of the stuff required and then apply all at the same time?

For IMM008 i filled the form validated it , I printed hard copy signed the form and scanned it then I uploaded a pdf file instead of the real form. What can happen? Plz help guys

That's incorrect way. Still, you are not in trouble. Since you submitted application, your spot in 40k is occupied. Your application would be delayed a bit compared to others as they might ask you to resubmit that particular form or ask for explaining. I am cent percent sure about you grabbing PR smoothly.

I did not get oppertunity to put my file but you could upload explanation letter instead of paystubs . Thats what laywer told me .

Yes. 100% You don't need to worry for such systems in Canada. They are extremely liberal all times when you're not doing anything illegally and your history is clean and legit.

Nothing would get cancelled. The application which will be accepted will be taken in. The application which would still be in processing will automatically get cancelled after you receive PR.

Hey, please help, I am working as a security guard since one year and I am currently employed there, my total hours here are 1300, i was also working as a Customer service representative from September 2019- january 2021 (but i did not work from may 2020- september 2020) and my total hours here are 280, I am currently employed as a Customer service representative at financial institution from March 2021 to till date and my total hours here are 230. My question is since they have mentioned that your total hours should be over a period of atleast 12 months, am i eligible with essential worker stream? I called IRCC but they do not tell eligibilty on phone, PLEASE HELP.
