Patricia Clarkson is a brilliant award winning actor who does interesting roles. Even when it is a small role she takes up space. Loved her in The Green Mile and The Station Agent.

Heavy plot, regardless of the Transgender issue. Having been abandoned by my mother and dealing with lifelong mother issues, for 61 years, and the pain from my successful accomplished daughter, 34, who has shined me on for years, no contact at all. The way you two describe the plot of this movie cracked my heart open. And as a retired teacher who was very involved in suicide prevention work for decades, I am aware how families who accept or don’t accept transgender children increases their rates of suicide tremendously. I can’t wait to see this movie. And I love the Oscars, seriously. I need to see all Oscar contending movies in order to fully enjoy the Oscars award show. Thank you Kelly for keeping me in the know about good movies coming out. No more movie theatre on Kauai where I live for years. I have to seek out info about movies to stream, rent or watch somehow. Thank you women for all the healing this movie will bring to mothers, daughters, sons, siblings, families, transgender people and so many others struggling with all sorts of life issues. Unconditional love is not only the theme of this movie but it is also the theme of life. Way to go ladies! ❤️⭐️🌹🌎💃🕺🎶🙏

Watched your show and thought it was super (ok, it always is), but the transgender info. was terrific. No, I don't knowingly have a trans. friend; but cool if I did!! Thanks Kelly!!

This is so strange to me. I remember watching shows with this format in the 90's and trans women were bought on to be humiliated in front of a jeering audience. What a wonderful change. I hope it lasts.
