Man, this sucks, I bought a piece of property in the mountains of North Carolina, very rocky soil. I had to rent an excavator and dig about 300 feet trench to install the septic and waterline myself for my RV. I never heard anything about tracer wire until the inspector came. I’m not digging this trench! I’m just gonna dig down two or 3 inches and use landscaping stakes where the wire comes up and wraps around the Plumbing so if she tries to pull it, it feels like it’s very deep. As long as she sees Trace wrapped around the plumbing coming out of the ground do you think that will be enough? Thank you.
