BRAVO TRACEY! But if it would only be a comedy sketch... I am a woman myself but I am fed up with female leaders (starting with heartless Maggie Thatcher up to heartless Angela Merkel & Co...). I once set out for gender justice and women in leading positions. But after 30 years of experience I come to the sad conclusion: Women are not any better in politics or business world, in majority they are loosing their female qualities if it comes to the basic terms of humanity... LIke men did for centuries. No difference. They might suffer quietly under the toughness their jobs require... And I of course respect the heavy workload and responsibilty they have to shoulder... But it is time for change again. Women just cannot do it any better. And that is so disappointing for me!
@@piffpaff9674 In 2020, female leaders were praised as handling the Covid-19 pandemic well. Merkel, Ardern (New Zealand), Marin (Finland), Tsai (Taiwan). How can you say their "lack of humanity" is as bad as Trump, Bolsonaro, Duterte, etc.? Women need to support each other more. Don't let the "alpha males" run the show. They don't deserve it and are doing a sh*t job.
I have seen this at least a dozen times... and I still laugh. Theresa May was not a successful politician, but Tracey Ulman is a successful Theresa May.
She even got her loss of voice right. She really shouldn't have been put in that PM seat in the first place. She was way out of her league. The poor woman.
@@Celisar1 But she is the head of the government. Her job is to deal with people to handle impossible tasks!! If she can`t even deal with her own colleagues, how can she deal with enemies who do everything in their power to make sure she fails and to make sure Britain fails? If she is not able to handle impossible tasks, who do you expect to handle them then? Your neighbourhood butcher?? She was chosen to be the PM to complete one task and one task only and that is to get Britain out of EU with the best terms possible and she failed miserably.
Paulo Martins If you don't know who Tracey Ullman is check her out! absolute legend! Born in Slough, England, home of Ricky Gervais 'The Office' & big in U.K. but made it huge in USA. Her show gave The Simpsons its break.
@@Phoonguy They should have made a gender swap reboot of Mrs Doubtfire with Tracey Ullman. With a good prosthetic makeup and a nice story she would have been brilliant in that role.
'What could be more British, than a mutual sense of despondency, of letdown...it is that, which brings us together'. 😂 Also why we are famous for our humour. Everything gets fucked up so often, it was either learn to laugh - or spend our entire time crying! :)

❤️⭐️👏🏼🌺 Totally brilliant! It’s hilarious because it’s just so TRUE and well-observed. Love the DUP voice “An extension to the Giant’s Causeway because people on TripAdvisor keep saying it’s not as big as they thought it would be.”. That’s exactly right! Bang on target 😆
It's amazing to me how Tracey can put on a wig and a costume and becomes the person she is trying to depict. From a lady that is on skid row to a former prime minister. She can okay them all so well. She is so talented! That's why I like watching her so much.
What is prescient about this is it's far, far more relevant today than even then. In June 2017, there were grumblings but no active plot (at least not publicly). By the no-confidence vote in December, much, much different story. Some plotter mused publicly at an event about ousting May; while she was standing a few feet away. When it was pointed out to the plotter, they said something to the effect that no one paid any attention to her anymore. Now every day since the House took over the Order Paper, I check first thing in the morning and all through the day and evening as to whether she's resigned or been forced out.
Oh wow, this was made two years ago? Feels topical enough to have come out last week. This shit's been going on for way too long. Just decide on something guys.
What about a new updated referendum in the UK? Look at the statistics: many pro's have died meanwhile, many young people have reached the age to vote themselves. How would the British people of 2019 vote for? And yet I would totally understand if you Brits would stil vote for the Brexit - many people in my country (Germany) would love to leave the EU, too. They tell in private... My best wishes for the UK in either ways...
I am at awe at the freedom of speech in the UK. The BBC is government owned yet parodies the PM so mercilessly. Wish we had that kind of freedom here. The most we can do to get back at politicians is resort to anonymous memes😞
