Awesome track guide thnx. I don't think it knocked any seconds off my time yet, the best I could do with your tips was around my already best time. But I sure do feel more confident around the track and a little more sure about what I am doing. From what I understand, I think 3 things are holding my lap time back. 1) The right conditions (Im doing practice after all, I noticed hotlap mode and the right weather conditions always help on fast lap times, but I personally don't really care about forcing a time like this instead to get closer to it in other conditions too). 2) The setup. I notice some turns simply are not possible to break/turn/throttle in the areas you mentioned with my current setup. I tried another setup all up and those areas you mentioned are more possible but that other setup overall felt like balls and too risky. Went back to my initial setup and made a few changes. And although I still can't pull off some parts with it, I did manage to get some areas of the track to work (eg the chicane, no chance in hell my setup was doing that 4th gear fast left turn through it, and it couldn't manage the long right hander after that either. After a few adjustments I can gun it there now) 3) Practice. End of the day even with the right setup and conditions I think I need still a lot of practice to get to your time. If there are any setup tips from anyone it would be appreciated. Again thnx for this and other guides, as a Mclaren 720S driver exclusively atm these are awesome, and even with regards to setups, Im kinda new to the game and trying to wrap my brain around it but at least I know what the car is capable of and what its supposed to be doing at different turns, and this is a huge help to allow perhaps to tweak my way towards that result. Thnks for the guides man, as a 720S driver these are especially appreciated. ---------------------- edit: a super thanks actually. I tried another last quick race with AI just before I call it a night, made a few more setup adjustments again in pursuit for my car to better match what you are doing. I just gained 1second, and even better, don't feel like it was a fluke as I got an even faster lap the next lap around by 3 tenths...... I hope this is a good sign and when I come back to it relaxed that this direction will keep helping me, but so far the results are great thnx to you. Again, can't thank these videos enough man. Really makes a difference when they are in the car I am trying to master. Its time I called it a night I am half asleep already 👋

Watkins is the second track im learning in ACC. Had good help of your guide for Oulton to get a decent PB, and this one will help alot as well. Many thanks 👍

I'm pretty new to ACC and just started in LFM. Decided on the McLaren from the getgo and these track guides are the ones I watch first. Couldnt find one for the RBR though :-(

Hi Luke, thanks for this guide! Small correction: as a Porsche driver - not having a very good time on this track as well 😂 Can you please cover the pit entry/exit again for the next tracks? Also, I bet IRL race drivers love the bus stop chicane whereas all sim racers dread it.

Love these and especially this one was very well done. I never quite know how to drive the right hander after the bus stop as I don't have a good reference for setting the entry speed consistently so I feel like I just wing it. Now having at least a reference for when to get on the throttle should help.

Great video mate. Thanks!! I would change the green line for the blue one so we can see it better. But the explanation is great. Thanks! Do you have any guide about setups?

What set up did you use ? I can't get through the track without mucking it up with tc2 and abs 2.
