The victim knows who did it. The detective called him a complaintant so that means he spoke to the police most likely without an attorney present. They are probably keeping the " victim " under close watch. All signs point to a sloppy hit, It doesn't look like the aggressors had any intention to communicate.

@@dubshow868 I never said he snitched, it's obvious he didn't snitch or the detectives would have leads. He still spoke to them though that's why they called him a complainant. Trust me when idiots who don't know how to shoot or spell or even speak kill each other it doesn't bother me one bit. But when they do it in a populated area where people who are just "minding their business" can get hurt or killed then its an issue. Guys like that make it everyone's business.
