Was worried about family in Tippadaux, LA but looks like it won’t hit there. Have to say in UPSTATE NY we’ve had stronger winds upwards of 70 mph, so hoping Houston folks make it thru this okay. God Bless.
I remember when Ike's eye came over central houston. The entire inner loop was in the middle of it. it was calm and peaceful. Then it moved and all hell broke lose yet again.
@phlegm, lol not necessarily, u can make the eye out at times even a few counties away. Especially if it gets stronger before landfall as predicted. Should be a legit cat 1 before it hits the coast.
Its your job to tell us before the rain bands hit , not after we get demolished by them . We just got blasted with a rain band in midtown and google said 0 chance of precip
@@channeljeight7415 I agree but he's showing a model once it makes land there's other models that show it moving more westward when it reaches but they all leave that out
@@channeljeight7415 he's was exact on Harvey I'll give him that , he said Harvey was going to hit here bounce I'm back out then sit on Houston for days and he was exactly correct but I over the years I'm starting to wonder if he's lost his fast ball
So? I was walking my dog near the heights area and got that same band. What's your point? They've all pretty much said Sunday would be scattered showers.
@@billyfowler9423 media scare tactics and soft Americans. Again this thing hit islands with less infrastructure as a category 5. The amount of fear in the states is hilarious
