Kiharu legislator Ndindi Nyoro was ranked the best-performing MP in the utilization of the National Government Constituency Development Fund in a survey by Infortrak on 5th November. The legislator was hailed for heavily investing in education among other key projects. Our reporter John Jacob Kioria was in Kiharu constituency to examine how the constituency is absorbing the 150 million shillings allocated to constituencies and later had a sit down with the legislator.
