At 3:25, there's no sound when I tested on the piano roll, there's no reaction to the master channel indicator either. How do I fix this?

If the sound isn't working then you aren't using a plugin, make sure the instrument you selected is a plugin to use with the midi. Then drag the instrument over to the right side and drop it in the box before the volume. Also right click on the track and switch it from no input to midi or audio input 1

For the life of me I can't get Waveform midi to control an external synth. In Ableton it's fairly easy. I am sure it is here too, but I'm at a loss. Could you possibly do a tutorial involving having Waveform control external synths? Thanks in advance!

hi peeps :> i wanted to ask why when i do a midi recording and chose all my notes sound doesnt come out? when i record it gives noise, but when i do notes on the virtual keyboard it doesnt?can yall drop an answer? thanks for reading, i hope yall r having a great day! hello! so from what i know, you need some kind of ‘midi plugin’ (ive not used waveform for a while so correct me if im wrong) for the virtual keyboard to generate noise. bye :)

I followed this step by step and still can't hear any sound from my midi/midi plugin. Any information on how to resolve this, would be greatly appreciated. Maybe I missed something, idk.

When Im writing in the bars/notes it works at the start..then all of a sudden it doesn't work..The writing in tool stops working..It's driving me crazy..

hello got a question for i like the explanation you do on tracktion waveform! i want to ask you a question to make a video when you just record with your voice on a audio beat and master it the effect how to input plugins and where you was talking about pre recording that you can hear the autotune before recording i know it bring latency but i want to know how to that type of stuff i dont use instruments like guitar piano im just a simple rap vocalist that want to record in home with the best audio and know how to master my audio and input autotune in it before i start that i can listen to the autotune before i will record my vocals.

I think you should be able to connect it over USB, yes.

If you connect it as a midi instrument, it would only be sending the midi instructions, which means you'd need an instrument plugin. If you want to use the sounds from the keyboard, it would need to be connected as an audio input, but it would be treated as an audio recording rather than midi.

Can I use the keyboard of my computer to fire notes on the Piano-Roll? For example: Imagine that when I click on the A key of my keyboard, the A# note appears on the screen. I want to record a song only using the notes of my Keyboard and then adjust the song later, much easier and faster to deal with.
