lol I'm with you the kale gnocchi is awful! when you make the cauliflower gnocchi, don't follow the instructions on the package... just pan fry it with some olive oil and no added water. the water makes it so mushy

how long have you been gf?im newly-ish gf due to being recently diagnosed with celiacs. how do you stay on gf while eating out?at home its easy since i have gf food at home but i struggle when i go out even though i know the consequences

For about two years! Honestly going out to eat is hard but I always look up menus before I go and call before I go places to see if they have gluten free bread or gluten free options. I usually just tell the waitress my allergies and see how I can work around it ex: getting a burger with a lettuce bun. I also stick with mexican for a lot of my GF meals (it's the easiest to eat!)

I’m a celiac too and one of my favorite places to eat out is Jersey Mike’s Subs. they have a gluten free sub roll and clean down surfaces before serving you! :)
