In this video, I share 3 Trader Joe's meal ideas using Trader Joe's ingredients that make for really easy dinner recipes. You can easily sub the Trader Joe's ingredients for ingredients you can find at your local grocery store. Comment below and let me know some of your favorite items to pick-up at Trader Joe's.

Slow-Cooker BBQ Chicken:
Simply add boneless chicken breasts to slow-cooker, top with bbq sauce of choice and cook on low for 8 hours. Shred chicken with two forks and serve on buns or on salad.
Cheese and Veggie Enchiladas:
1 cup of frozen fajita veggies
1/2 cup of frozen corn
1 tbsp taco seasoning
2.5 cups of shredded cheese (I used a combo of Monterey Jack and Cheddar. I recommend shredding yourself as it melts better than bagged shredded cheese)
Flour tortillas
12 oz enchilada sauce
1. Sautee fajita veggies and corn in skillet until softened. Add 1 tbsp of taco seasoning and mix well.
2. Add a layer of enchilada sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish so the tortillas don't stick to the bottom of the dish. Make sure you reserve sauce for topping your enchiladas.
2. Fill tortillas with a layer of shredded cheese, add veggies on top and then add another sprinkle of cheese before rolling enchilada up. Place enchiladas in dish and cover with remaining sauce and more cheese.
4. Bake enchiladas on 325 covered for 30 minutes. Take off foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.

Their roasted corn is so good! Some of my favorites are there fresh ravioli, orange chicken and fried rice. I love mixing the orange chicken sauce in with the fried rice and having both as one complete meal it’s absolutely delicious 😋

@@FrugalLifeThriftyWife Yes the roasted corn is a must have! Love their fresh raviolis also. My favorite are the butternut squash raviolis. The orange chicken and fried rice is such a good combo! We had that recently and I love it so much! Since I have a peanut allergy, I can't really order Chinese takeout, so I love stocking up on the Trader Joe's meals. So good!
