This video brought back my childhood memories....how my whole house filled with only brass and copper vessels n decorative....visitors use to have a home tour as a museum...I still remember when one of my mom's sister(cousin) wedding her marriage seer varusai or as in kannada Anukrama my aunt added a steel bucket immediately the grooms side they rejected it and asked to replace it with brass....it was simple household items then but now its expensive n no time to clean...I regret that we sold everything as our generation couldn't maintain them....😥😥😥

A number of brass and bronze vessels were used for bathing in the olden days. From large cylindrical vessels used as mugs to wide and open kunda-shaped vessels used to boil water for bathing, and also beautiful hand-held scrubbers, metals have been used for a very long time for numerous cleansing purposes.
It is highly recommended to store in flour and grains in tight-lidded containers, be it metal, glass, or food-grade plastic. You can also add a couple of bay leaves or a small pouch of cloves into the box to prevent bugs.
