Key takeaways.
Mormonism is the Doctrine of Christ found in the Book of Mormon. It is the eternal doctrines of Christ.
What are the implications of Classical Christian theology that developed in the past two millennia since Jesus walked the earth? They imply that Christ was a back up plan that was a reaction to the choice of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden.
The true eternal plan of salvation of our Heavenly Father was not a reaction to the the Fall. The fall of Adam and Eve was part of the plan.
Here’s a comprehensive overview of what Latter-day Saints believe about Our Savior Jesus Christ.

Latter-day Saints teach that Jesus Christ is the literal Only Begotten Son of God, the Father, in the flesh. He is God’s preeminent First Born Son in the heavenly realms. He was and is a member of the Godhead. He was creator of this world under the direction of Our Eternal Father. They are both individual persons.
Traditional, Christianity adheres to the concept that God is incorporeal and genderless. The father and the son persona are metaphorical representations of an incomprehensible mysterious single triune Being.

Mormonism is not temporary Christianity like classical Christian scholars imply. The plan of salvation through Jesus Christ has existed in the heavens before this world was ever created. Here’s a comprehensive overview of what we believe about the savior Jesus Christ. www.churchofjesuschrist.org/study/manual/gospel-topics/jesus-christ?lang=eng Latter-day Saints believe Jesus Christ is the literal Only Begotten Son of God, the Father, in the flesh. He is God’s preeminent First Born Son in the heavenly realms. He was and is a member of the Godhead. He was creator of this world under the direction of Our Eternal Father. Traditional Christianity embraces the idea that God the father is only a metaphorical representation of an incorporeal non-personal deity that cannot be described. Jesus Christ is not a real son God. He is a metaphorical representation of a son figure.

Thank you very much for this inspiring and thought provoking message. I’m not LDS, but when I really began to invest myself in reading solid LDS books and learning about the fundamentals of your faith, my prayer life improved because the Godhead - Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit - became more real for me; not just ideas, but real persons.

You have already been refuted

I appreciate the comparisons in your videos. They are similar claims to all evangelical apologetics. I suppose if they were to be counted, thousands have attempted to thwart the progress of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. All of them have failed and will continue to fail. If you were to take a serious look at church history, you might understand why. The attempted refutations of eternal truth using the philosophies of men invented in the fourth and fifth centuries abound. The everlasting truth is Jesus Christ is the literal son of God, the Eternal Father. For that reason he has power to save us. Jesus is not a metaphorical son figure of a metaphorical father figure as Christian scholars teach. God, the Father is not a genderless being as they claim. He is an eternally exalted and most glorious man in whose image we are created. These are simple biblical truths. I’m not sure why they are so hard to see by those indoctrinated by the prevailing traditions that were developed by un enlightened men in debates and councils.

@@charlesbrown1245 Charles, this isn’t a rebuttal. You have been refuted. Feel free to attempt to rebute my claims. Saying you attempted is not a rebuff. Please be honest. And do it justice.
