What's Greek Fava? In Greece when we say Fava we refer to the yellow split peas that are mostly served as a dip that looks like a Greek hummus.

- 500 g fava (yellow Split Pea)
- 500 g of water

- 1 onion
- 2-3 carrots
- 2 cloves of garlic
- lemon juice
- 1200 ml of water
- salt and pepper
