What if the husband dies? Or becomes disabled? There are multiple reasons why women need a working life as well as men. Maybe a wife leans into part-time for raising children but everyone needs a plan in place for independence.

There is truth to what U are saying. 80% of my close friends ended up divorced. I won't go on Ad Infinitem re my views, but Marriage is probably on its way out in general. In 10 years, few ppl. will marry except maybe the Uber Rich. In the US, the Divorce Rate is 63%, & the Average Marriage lasts 8 years. Liked video.
It's okay guys, do whatever you want to do, but please communicate if something in your relationship makes you uncomfortable. And don't let yourself get abused. My first relationship i worked a ton, my second not so much as i have horrible back pain now, but my second husband wanted a trad wife that worked as well. Which i did for many years, but when the pain became too much for me, he still expected me to work and do everything at the house. What he really wanted was his mom who was a single mother and worked and took care of the house, but she didn't have a man to take care of too. Once he left, i realized how much anxiety i had because i just couldn't do it all anymore and he had his expectations. Just doing his laundry was so time consuming and he would just pass out on the couch and never help. So watch out for that as well.

People need to stop talking about divorce like it's intrinsically bad. It brings people peace (and sometimes also safety). Yes, even to the children. Long live no-fault divorce!

@@user-je7db7bi7i No trad woman would ever say "all he had to do was go to work". Trad women appreciate it, because most people would rather do house chores at home than go to work. That's just a fact. She just didn't have a job while married, but that doesn't automatically make you a trad wife
