This week we enjoy one of the local fiestas in the Spanish village of Potries, the Porrat De Sant Blai. During the the Sant Blai weekend our village turns into market, funfair and the center of Valencia as over 4000 people decent on a village that normally has just over 600 permanent residents. We are also having friends visiting for the weekend and will be enjoying a traditional Valencian dish, a Paella.
