Father's Day is coming up, and I know you all wanna cook a steak for your father figures. What is your favorite way to cook steak? or What is your most favorite thing to cook for or eat with your father figures?

Great video! I’ve done reverse sear vs sous vide a few times, and also T. rex (sear first then finish low temp) vs reverse sear and the reverse sear was the winner every time

do a very quick sear before sous vide, and then after sous vide.

You should not sear and paste with burnt butter
