I have a question 🙋♂️ at the end of traditions is it true that you have to take a test of what you learned and if you failed it you have to take it again and than if you fail it again you don’t get to work ?
I didn’t have to pay for the shoes up front, I think it just came out of my paycheck! They’re partnered with Disney, like they knew which shoes were for which roles
I have 5 sets of Disney Ears. 2 ear hats and 2 earbands. If I would have done a second Program and had to get company issued shoes, I would have used the shoes as my back up pair of shoes as they don't work for me as I have narrow feet, and the shoes are a wide. Also the shoes are totally an accident waiting to happen.
@@clarefrancesss glad to hear that you don't have any issues with them. I think they played a role in in me actually tripping falling and getting injured while working and the floors were not even wet. I started my program in quick service food and beverage, and ended it in transitional duty being photopass greeter (ideal situation for me). If I would have done a second program I would have just used the shoes I got from Walmart near Disney as my primary work shoes. I found them to be a much better fit for me than the Disney issued shoes.
