This occurred right in front of us on northbound I-95 in Stafford County, Virginia. The blue car lost control while accelerating to enter the highway. He hit the silver car forcing it into the tractor trailer's path. The truck attempted to avoid them while the silver car came all the way across and hit the center guard rail to then be spun around by the passing truck. We immediately called 911 and waited for the first responders to arrive before departing the scene. Please be careful out there and stay alert. Things like this happen in the blink of an eye.
