18:57 I'd not extend the yellow tram line in that area, only the purple one. The reason is the purple is a nice little local circulator that can take residents from the residential area to the stadium area, and from there they can jump onto the yellow line tram or the bus line and go elsewhere. This saves the yellow line for "outside" travel and the purple for "inside" travel which would give the purple line an actual use and might even actually be profitable. Plus having two different tram lines using and stopping on the same street often ends up with them conflicting with each other and holding each other up slowing both of them down which is just bad for service.

Same, I have a hard time with the controls, like making roads go up for bridges or down for tunnels for just one example. It’s like all those little keyboard controls that I can’t remember

According to my googling, there is a type of cat called a Ceylon, which is also the name of type of tea. It looks like they come from the former name of Sri-lanka before being freed from the British empire. So the Ceylon district could be a cool name since you've got cats and tea. Though perhaps it being the name of a former colony might not be in the best taste. Either way I figured I'd share the little tidbit I learnt.

I think your new build area transport is SUPER LONG. I'd like to see the main mass transit stop nearby and then everything internal to that area be local stop. Kind of like transit hierarchy vs road hierarchy.

Yes, deleting every other tree is just fine. 😆 (Loved the Dad moment!) And why not use BOB to replace some bins with picnic tables in the W2W residential buildings? In some of the buildings, maybe? Oh yes, and isn't that new area cat-tea-corner from the last new area? Can't wait for the detailing, and put a fire station closer, for heaven's sake. 🙃

I know this isn't tea related but I grew up in an area of South East London called Catford. Would be a cool to see AlleyCat's area called Catford. Catford doesn't exactly have a good reputation for being a nice area so it would be cool to what Catford could be under biffa!

I use double level quay in order to lower the waterfront things, it is quite difficult with things like ferrys

I think before building anymore in Biffalo Countea you should look at the services and check the fire, police, health and schools and check there is enough coverage. Will also help with the land value

The new area is by Alley Cat, the best known alley cat is from the cartoon Top Cat, a.k.a T.C, the area can be called TeaSea, as the area is next to water 💧 😀

Biffa, the Japanese hotel might work better if it faced the water. Turn its front towards the water. That allows all its guests a beautiful view, except for the cheap rooms in the back.

I've never seen a where with ferries that go to the same piece of land from there, like doing the job that busses could do. I've seen ferries being used for crossing water to another island or part that can only be accessed with bridges

I agree, I also think that, if biffa wants to keep a row of trees, he should utilize more shorter trees, which would be a nice addition. I just don't feel that the tall trees fit in there.

I've noted that on pedestrian roads Tram stops/routes have essentially no riders. A loaded tram coming off a street will unload 100% at first pedestrian road stop.

Thanks Biffa, you always learn something. Now, for example, I realized that it would be enough for me to choose a wall-to-wall solution and I wouldn't have to unload the buildings one by one in the pedestrian zone, so that afterwards the automatic bulldozer would neatly dismantle them and leave nothing there.🤪🤣

Those big trees along the coast are still blocking the view from the houses. That's not going to make the residents happy. The tall commercial building could be placed next to the hotel, instead of in front of it, which avoids ruining the view of the opera from the hotel.

You can use the transfer manager mod to see which vehicles have been assigned to a building. Very useful for finding fire engines, garbage trucks and cargo that may be getting stuck in traffic or going a silly route

Biffa! You should make a place called 'Amsteadam' and model it on Amsterdam. You could use canals, trams and a massive emphasis on bikes. There's a good Baroque district on the workshop, so the style is possible. Tourism or leisure and you could 'legalise' it... Love your videos!! currently binging Teaville between uploads

Seems like a missed opportunity to not connect a ferry to the industrial area across the bay/ river. Ferries are best at transporting across water as an alternative to a bridge. When arranged along the shore, it competes (and normally loses to) trams and busses. Or one sees it as a quirky tourist attraction...

You could convert that T junction to a 4 way, and make the new exit loop around to the road by the water.... not thinking it would be great traffic wise, but there is some space there, or if the long way around backs up a lot
