Your videos are beautiful, and I don't normally notice, but the 24 fps framerate felt very off in this video. It looked very motion blurred and was difficult to watch for very long when you were moving quickly. I really do think you're crushing it on quality, just wanted to leave that little bit of feedback. Might hurt your video retention stats if people get motion sick halfway through :)

Subscribed and hit the bell buddy! Beauty videos, moved to BC last year and never leaving. Been to alot of spots sledding and snowboarding but never tried any summer sports yet! Definately getting a MTB! Thanks buddy keep up the good work, might see you on the trail sometime!

Really pretty video! I've taken all your advice on Gopro setup and am trying to get my footage better! We have a lot of tree canopy and strobing light in NC so it is difficult but steadily improving! Thanks for your content!

Having spend a bunch of time on the Hope Brakes are you a fan? I notice from other people riding that brake they have a similar noise that the audio picks up, slight high pitch screech. Reviews of the brakes seem to be good, peeps love the modulation and reliablity. I currently ride Shimano Zees.

Overall I am a fan. They're MUCH more consistent than my Guides ever were. But ya, the stock pads are damn noisy! I've got some fancy replacement ones on the way, so hopefully that'll do the trick.

Cool, good to hear, I bought a set haven't mounted them yet waiting to kill the pads fully and rotor and my Shimano zees now. I think the Hopes come stock with the organic pads and I got the sintered as well.

I remember when I was a kid me and my friends would ride trails like this but since we couldn’t afford mountain bikes we just used our regular bmx bikes and let’s just say that I still have the scars to prove it :)

Just FYI for skinny’s, there’s a jump/skills park in Sherwood Park just north of Home Depot on Baseline, lots of skinny’s to practice on. I was just there last week.

Been there, although not for a long time. The funny thing is that I have no problem holding a line under normal circumstances, but all of a sudden when I'm starring down a slippery, narrow board with exposed sides that goes to a blind drop in the middle of the forest, I lose my cool... go figure haha.

I've heard of this trail but never ridden it. Going to have to Rock Paper Scissors next time at CGP to see who has to drive shuttle back to town to pick up the rest of the crew haha. Do you think it will be ok on a DH bike or too pedaly?

I think it would be totally fine on a DH bike. It’s actually a lot steeper than it looks on camera, so we only put a couple of pedal strokes in.

The Loam Ranger i did what you suggested in your videos, i tried a few laps on B line and ez does it. I also went on long horn and the heart of darkness. Despite a few crashes i had a great time. Hope you have a great ride on Monday!
