Quick troubleshoot for when headlights won't come on or only work intermittently
Swap relay 45 and 46 in your underhood fuse panel to see if your headlights come back on.
If that makes them come back on, buy a replacement relay. Make sure to immediately replace the #45 relay. Only swap 46 and 45. Other relays are not compatible for these sockets.
If your lights flicker as opposed to turning off, check for other loose connections.

So 5 years after you made this video I'm having trouble with my 2007 Chevy trailblazer. Same thing happened to mine. I trouble shot mine and it worked. Went and bought a new relay and now works perfectly. Thank you for your help. I'm subscribing.

Thank you! This was exactly my problem in my 2004 trailblazer. I tightened the pins in relay 46 and it worked. Thanks

Thank you my friend if it wasn't for you I would have had to take it to the shop when I realized it wasn't the fuses thank you for your video you save me a lot of Hassle and probably a 150 bucks

if you call GM customer service they have an extended warranty they will get your VIN and dealership will replace relay FREE the replacement is grey and has a new p/n the original p/n is available from rock auto for $23.00 the NEW GM allegedly is $150.00 or free if you call GM customer service

What about a 03 Envoy the high beams will not turn off have to remove the relay in the fusebox

Do you notice your dash lights, brake lights and interior lights doing the same flickering problem? None of my lights have completely shut off but they flicker a lot

No, that sounds like it’s a different issue
