Cool video bro. Killer new truck from Axial. Scale details and the style is awesome, straight axles and included parts and upgrades is solid I Like how you've stayed true to your style of footage and show your spin on things. I'm excited that West desert wheeler and Axial have teamed together. Cheers mate 👍
I really like your review style. Showcasing the truck performing while you go over it's features I the best. I just ordered one of these trucks from horizon hobby, they're having a clearance sale on them for $299. Had my local hobby shop order me the turquoise one. Can't wait to get it out on the trails. 👍👍
Even though many are tired of Jeeps, an old school CJ done up like this Bronco would be cool, and wouldn't be just another JK rehash. That said this Bronco is not only cool as hell, but looks to me like the best rendition of the classic early Bronco anyone has done.
The best upgrades for performance are changing the wheels with a heavy ones and de suspension to 90mm. I own one with that upgrades and it makes a big difference.
I know everyone hates on redcat, but my most capable rig is my gen 8 builders kit. It's heavy modified, but you don't have to drop big money to be super capable. Iv got under 300 in it.
Don't know why I'm seeing alot of hate for Redcat lately also. My daughter has a Blackout and the Windigo and they are great rigs. I guess haters are gonna hate!!
Pretty sick but kind of surprised they did a bronco considering there are 2 bronco styles offered from traxxas. If you’re a bronco lover you’ve got a lot of options!
Traxxas Broncos are much later body styles. Nothing cooler than the early original Broncos. I have 1:1 old school Jeep CJ7 restored and a early 70s Bronco with a V8 is next on my real vehicle list
Sweet review and what a great location for it! If the receiver is the same as in the RTR Gladiator, it is a 4 channel unit. You just need to bind it to a 4 channel radio like the DX5 and you're set! Again, great work on the video, I'm looking forward to getting my hands on one of these!
If you plan on changing the esc the rx must be replaced. The esc and rx are connected internal. Per my hobby shop. They said theres no place to plug an esc into the rx
This kit looks really nice. I would definitely swapped out the front LED lights. I hate blue tint headlights. Especially on retro rc cars. I was very impressed with quality on gmade warm white light kit for my gmade buffalo. Wire quality is 100 times better than the light kit from axial on my 2014 scx10.
Hi logan, great chanel. Looks amasing, just uploaded pic on my instagram of my own 3d made bronco of its first drive. Axial looks like they nailed this one.
Nicely Done Video and Crawling with the New SCX 10 III Bronco 😁👉 I Smashed Your Support Buttons and I still Like my SCX 10 Deadbolt it's a Great Model but the Full Scale Looks of this is a SUPER COOL 🔥 Axial RTR ✌🤠👍 HFLPRCing 👍😎👍 AOAH 🌟 RCF4L 🙏 Stay Safe and Play Healthy My Friend
4:25 - Do the 10.3 transmissions have dig like the vanquish hurtz ones where you can run the rear just freewheeling? That'd of been the ticket there, I do it all the time, helps to not load up the rear end, just pull the truck up.
Have a 10.3 already w the JLU body. Would love to get this body for mine but it's over 100 for complete body.. 99 for outside tub not Including interior or detail parts
Hey Logan great video, I’m going for a trail rig and I’m not too sure what to get, early bronco or trx4 sport? What do you recommend, I’m looking for more preformance stock out of the box! Edit: does this come stock with dig and can you use it with the stock remote?
Depends what you want. I prefer the straight axles and dig in the axial. If you want to unlock diffs with portals the Traxxas. Also I don’t care for the new Bronco but I like the old body style
Nice hidden body clips all 'round - and I'm sure someone will release a bikini top soon, there are a handful of small holes on the cage that look like perfect attachment points.
This does not have portals, they are using the updated “AR45” straight axles with an offset front differential. Similar look but updated from the 10.2 axles
The front fenders are too high, and the front edge of the hood & grill area is kinda wack !!! 😝 BUT.....it does give us another "body" to use and look at, I guess..... 🤫. 💪🇺🇸
ill say it again. i hate how people say portals aren’t scale. its not a fictional axle type. they are real and can be put underneath any real rig. bronco never had dig so is that not scale according to you? it is scale as well. can put an atlas transfer case in any rig. bronco never had 4 link rear with coilovers. so is that not scale? when people say portals aren’t scale i just laugh and they loose a credibility in my book. i guess unimogs aren’t real and my buddies toyota with 404s underneath it lol.
I get what you mean. But I like that this Bronco has straight axles, it is more appropriate on this era truck. I’ve seen a 4 link Bronco with an atlas but it definitely didn’t have portals. I’m a big fan of portals on RCs. This truck I prefer the straight axle.
Hi LOGON IM SO GLAD THAT I WAITED. I ALMOST GOT MYSELF A GLADIATOR LAST WEEK BUT SOME THING STOPED ME. NOT KNOWING WHY. NOW I KNOW WHY! ITS BECAUSE IM GETTING MYSELF THIS BABY INSTEAD. THANKS FOR A GREAT VIDEO SIR
nice looking RC but $600 is just too much, between the government wanting to stick it to everyone who fly RC's, the continually increasing cost of new ground RC vehicles, and the curious way there is suddenly starting to be a shortage of replacement parts for older RC's, the hobby is rapidly getting too regulated and expensive to be fun anymore, but it is a nice looking RC...
@@westdesertwheeler tfl is a Chinese rc company. I personally don't like axial despite them basically starting the current crawler market since the scx 10.2 is a rip off of the hpi frame. This is the tfl bronco rtr, I used the hard body and cage to make my custom hpi.usa.banggood.com/TFL-Hobby-Bronco-C1508-1-or-10-2_4G-4WD-45T-Climbing-RC-Car-No-Coating-Without-Motor-540-p-1142245.html?gmcCountry=US¤cy=USD&cur_warehouse=CN&createTmp=1&ad_id=432153545270&gclid=Cj0KCQjw0emHBhC1ARIsAL1QGNf4Blkiq4uilsHSINiCA9JqIHoe9eXqamV218R2jXDo-Jpp4vfNc4waArGREALw_wcB
