This made me stop playing Trails of Cold Steel 2 and get A L L of the previous Trails sub series. I freaking love how expansive the world and lore of this game is. Hopefully by the time I catch up with CS2 that there will be an official translation for CS3 out already.
And to me Trails in the Sky FC & SC (and the third for all the extended stories) are so much better than Cold Steel. I'm not saying that I'm not having fun playing CS, but damn Trails in the Sky is just.... perfect in every way
No official announcement of localization for ToCS III at the moment. Seriously, the more you play and understand about the continent of Zemuria both on the surface and beneath, the more there is to be excited about to play more. I can't wait!!
I was the same. I actually stopped playing CS2 and went back to finish TitS first (and hopefully Zero and Ao when the PC fan translations are done) before resuming CS2. No regrets so far because of how amazing the story and characters are. I enjoyed CS but something about TitS is just I don't know how to describe it.
Hello sorry late response but it a really small chance that will happen not because it cant but there is already too many people already it will be a mess to tell the story when you have 100 people at the end of this serie as much i want to see it rather the keep to the mc story 😃
Olivier is the best character in the series if you not take into account the main characters (Josh x Estel, Lloyd, Rean). His development is amazing through the series and what he accomplishes is so very well written... most deserved ending for him in CS4 hahahah
@@reno9571 Agree, Rean is just your generic special/chosen one MC with little character development in the entire series while Kevin, Estelle, Joshua and even Lloyd has much better developments
Olivert underestimates Osborne, even Osborne underestimates him either, until that "Rufus" came out of nowhere became the governor of Crossbell, which Olivert got weaken and losing most of all his assets because of Osborne's political strength.
So in short: Osborne is one of the higher ups within the Erebonian empire, he is responsible for the crimes and wars of the last years, he has massive public support and is trying to oppose the imperial household and gain more power, Prince Oliviert on the other hand wants to stop him without a full on war and as such has been sent to Liebrl to make allies in proeratation for the worst, Osborne here essentially declares a secret war to Oliveirt and claims that he will be no match for The Empire, Oliviert essentially proves that he can fight back but In the most “Flamboyant” way possible, it’s a really cool moment that sets the scene for cold steel and the future of the series
@@samm962 To add onto this, the above moment could in many ways be seen as the birth of what would become Class VII (the focus of the Cold Steel games), with Olivert then taking the position of chairman of Thors' board of directors and creating a new special class made of people of every background that would follow Bracer methods of helping people and learn about the problems facing the country, so that these people could one day act as a force for change and be able to oppose Osborn
Olivert & the others 2 won't die so easily & even the Courageous was destroyed but they're been saved by Phantom Thief B in the end & invented Next-Generation Crimson Wings: Courageous 2 & Osborne dislike this when Crimson Wings is reborn
