I'm a former fitness Pro and have led a fitness lifestyle since I was a teenager (I'm 70 now). I still practice a fitness program of Resistance Training and Distance Cycling, and feel like I'm 70 going on 40! Let me applaud youfor being such a positive Roll Model for both Women AND Men alike ! I 100% agree with all she said in this video. I’m not a parent but have been training many many years and understand completely how training and the passion for it rolls over into many other aspects of your life to be your best. (You must have a positive state of mind to be successful at fitness no matter what area of it - this positive thinking flows over into every area of your life). 🦈💪🏻.
